Download Windows 32 bit GlobalProtect agent. Mac OS needs to download and install Mac 32/64 bit GlobalProtect agent. Windows 64 bit OS needs to download and install Windows 64 bit GlobalProtect agent.

The message inside this file indicates that there is no agent software found on the Palo Alto Networks firewall, as shown in the screenshot below: When attempting to download the agent software from the portal, a file named 'errors.txt' is downloaded. On the left pane, navigate to Updates and select Software Updates. Open a web browser and navigate to the Customer Support Portal. Users are able to authenticate to the GlobalProtect portal successfully but are unable to download the agent installation package from the Palo Alto Networks firewall. Download the GlobalProtect (GP) Agent from the Customer Support Portal.
